Marketing Head – Siddhim (Jaipur) Job Description
As the Marketing Lead for Siddhim, a new value-driven educational institution in Jaipur (Dudu), you will spearhead both digital and offline marketing efforts to establish the school’s brand presence and drive student admissions. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, executing campaigns across social media, web, and community channels, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure high return on investment. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, aligning all marketing activities with Siddhim's core principles and mission of “value-ism” (values-based education).
About Siddhim
We are building Siddhim, a school in Dudu (Jaipur District) founded on a philosophy of “value-ism” – emphasizing holistic, values-based education. The campus is currently under construction, with a vision to offer modern education infused with ethics, non-violence, and compassion. The Marketing Lead will play a key role in communicating our unique value proposition to parents and the community, even as the infrastructure is being completed.
Position Details
Job Title: Marketing Lead (Education Sector)
Location: Dudu, Jaipur, Rajasthan – Hybrid work arrangement (mix of on-site and remote)
CTC (Salary): ₹30,000–50,000 per month (fixed + incentives)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer
Team: 2-3 marketing interns (you will supervise and mentor a small team)
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to build Siddhim’s online presence and generate admission inquiries. Oversee the school’s website (design updates, content, basic SEO) and manage social media channels with engaging content. Ensure that digital campaigns (including email newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts, and paid ads) are data-driven and deliver a high ROI.
Content Creation: Create / drive creation of compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and the website that tells Siddhim’s story and core values. Plan content calendars, run targeted ads, and monitor engagement metrics. Basic graphic design using Canva/Adobe Photoshop for flyers, posts, and videos is essential.
Offline Marketing & Community Outreach: Execute offline campaigns like billboards, newspaper / magazine ads, coordinate door to door awareness drives, school collaborations, setup info / awareness desks at cultural camps, community camps with parents and children, interactive booths at local fairs / shows, placing posters in community halls, build referral incentives for early supports, arrange trustee led talk shows / mentor led talk shows, leverage pre-existing parent / student databases of kids and conducting roadshows.
Parent Events & Campus Visits: Organize parent gatherings and facilitate site tours (even during construction). Provide a warm, informative experience aligned with Siddhim values.
Admissions Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with the admissions team to drive enrollments. Build referral programs and community partnerships. Host workshops to position Siddhim as an educational resource.
Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Manage marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on campaign performance.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise interns. Coordinate with academic, construction, and admin teams to align marketing efforts.
Miscellaneous Duties: Stay updated on market trends, suggest innovative ideas, ensure brand compliance, and embody Siddhim’s values in all marketing interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. Proven experience in educational marketing.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp. Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook), SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid ads.
Offline Event Skills: Comfortable planning events, working with vendors, and networking.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report ROI.
Leadership: Experience managing junior staff or interns.
Technical & Design: Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS or CMS), graphic designing skills with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, other tools.
Attributes: Creative, initiative-taking, and aligned with Siddhim’s values. Knowledge of Hindi/Marwari preferred.
Preferred Experience
Marketing in schools, EdTech, or child-focused NGOs.
Success running campaigns that increased enrolment for schools, colleges, non-profit institutions.
Understanding of Jain principles or experience in values-based organizations.
