Key Responsibilities:  Travel & On-Site Coordination: o Mandatory travel to various event sites to oversee media operations. o Ensure smooth execution of on-ground media requirements for clients and Showrider’ s brand.  Media Content Creation & Strategy: o Conceptualize and propose creative ideas for social media content. o Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital platforms.  Team Coordination: o Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the media production team to ensure timely and quality deliverables. o Work closely with in-house designers to obtain required creatives and outputs. o Monitor editing timelines, ensuring final outputs are aligned with expectations.  Client Coordination & Media Handling: o Act as the key point of contact between clients and Showrider’s media team. o Manage client deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. o Handle client media requests and ensure smooth execution of communication and output.  Editing & Technical Knowledge: o Should have a basic understanding of photo and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). o Ability to review edits and suggest improvements to align with creative requirements.  Leadership & Ownership: o Lead media-related projects independently with minimal supervision. o Demonstrate leadership qualities in managing cross-functional teams during events and campaigns. o Ensure accountability for timelines, outputs, and media delivery. Qualifications & Skills:  Minimum 2+ years of experience in Media Coordination/Media Handling, preferably in the event management or entertainment industry.  Strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and brand engagement.  Excellent communication and client management skills.  Strong coordination, multitasking, and leadership abilities.  Proficiency in basic editing software and a good eye for design and visual storytelling.  Willingness to travel frequently to event locations.
