Showrider Entertainment is a creative event management company specializing in corporate events, entertainment shows, and large-scale experiences. We design and execute impactful events with precision and creativity. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Project Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing live events.

Role Overview:
As a Project Management Intern, you will work directly with our production and operations teams to support the planning and execution of events. This role requires on-site presence, where you will manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of the entire event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating event timelines and deliverables.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are fulfilled.
• Oversee on-site logistics including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Act as the main point of coordination during live events.
• Identify and resolve issues on-site quickly and effectively.
• Support project managers in tracking event budgets, resources, and reports.
• Document checklists, event reports, and post-event feedback.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good hands-on experience in media handling (content, coverage, coordination, or related areas).
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure during live events.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on event schedules.
• Strong passion for event management with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
