About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Sales & Marketing leader to grow retail and B2B revenue, elevate in-store experience, and execute customer-driven marketing that strengthens brand preference across India. You will own commercial performance across showrooms and wholesale accounts while partnering with creative and operations teams to deliver memorable jewellery experiences.Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across retail showrooms and wholesale channels by creating and executing annual and seasonal sales plans aligned to collections and targets.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (in-store, digital, events, influencer) to increase footfall, conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Manage merchandising and store presentation—assortment planning, visual merchandising, SKU placement and inventory replenishment to maximise sell-through.
- Develop and expand B2B/key account relationships with retail partners, jewellers and corporate buyers; negotiate commercial terms and exclusive collections.
- Operate CRM and POS systems to optimise customer journeys, loyalty programmes and targeted outreach; track pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Analyse weekly/monthly sales data and market trends to refine pricing, promotions and product mix; coach showroom teams to achieve high-performance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record in jewellery or luxury retail sales and marketing with demonstrable revenue impact.
- Experience managing retail operations, visual merchandising and inventory planning for jewellery or fashion-accessory categories.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and POS systems; comfortable using sales dashboards and KPI reporting to drive decisions.
- Strong negotiation and key-account management experience with wholesale buyers and channel partners.
- Ability to own end-to-end campaign delivery—briefing creative, managing budgets, executing activations and measuring ROI.
- Willingness to be on-site across retail locations and travel regionally as required.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or comparable retail CRMs.
- Background in luxury brand marketing, trade shows and influencer-led jewellery campaigns.
- Knowledge of precious metals, gemstone quality factors and hallmarking standards.
