Job Description Creative Jewelry designer will provide ongoing insights into competitive landscape, design trends, innovative techniques, design methodology, relevant industry trends and team management for this job profile. Experience: 8 yrs preferred (minimum 6) in US MARKET. Core Responsibilities 1. Work with design team to achieve design results desired and highest quality product possible within target costs for brand. 2. Responsible for administration and follow up of product design process to include preparation of Presentation, Mood-boards, Research & analysis, Team Management in terms of work assignment, daily output, design guidance, Email correspondence, design proposals etc. 3. Communicate with the Dept. Head to interpret and execute the projects as per given guidelines, timelines and targets. 4. Prepare and/or finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production 5. Collaborate with the Product Development team on product launch requirements 6. Check design to sample translation. 7. Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating changes for finalization 8. Aide in organizational tasks and general day-to-day work assigned by the dept. head Skills and Requirements Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Design/Diploma in Jewelry design, Fine Arts etc. Must: Corel, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe Preferred: Google spreadsheets, Google slides and any design related software that enhances productivity of design process.
