Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media. Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to improve website traffic and search rankings. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials. Engage with customers via social media platforms to build community and respond to inquiries. Generate leads through innovative online promotions and digital advertising. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility. Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to management. Support sales team with marketing materials and strategic initiatives. Develop partnerships with influencers to expand reach and credibility. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices. Experience in managing social media accounts and running campaigns. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Project management experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is an advantage. Passion for marketing and continuous learning. Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
