Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Site Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join our team at HD Mountain High Developers LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site marketing activities, coordinating promotional events, and engaging with potential customers visiting the site. The executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective branding, smooth customer experience, and successful lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Attend and assist walk-in customers at the site, providing project information and answering all queries professionally.
• Marketing Coordination: Execute on-site marketing and promotional strategies as per company plans.
• Lead Management: Collect and record customer details, update lead trackers, and follow up on inquiries.
• Brand Promotion & Event Support: Ensure proper branding at the site including banners, standees, brochures, and other promotional materials. Assist in organizing and managing on-site events, and promotional campaigns.
• Market Research: Gather customer insights, competitor information, and market trends to support marketing decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare daily footfall reports, inquiry updates, and feedback reports for the management.
• Coordination: Work with sales, digital marketing, and design teams to plan and execute digital and promotional activities.
• Social Media Assistance: Capture site photos/videos and share with the marketing team for online promotions.
• Compliance: Ensure all on-site marketing activities adhere to company ethics and local regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in on-site marketing in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and presentation abilities.
• Self driven, Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
