Role Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Copywriter to join our team in Noida. The role focuses on making compelling and engaging B2B content for email marketing campaigns, brochures, articles, adverts, and more to support sales directly.

The Technical Sales Copywriter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency. This includes various organizational departments. Sales and Marketing teams will use the content they produce in email prospecting, email campaigns, marketing materials, collateral, website content, and web presentations.

The role is crucial in creating engaging content for the entire customer relationship cycle, covering prospecting, bidding, selling, and supporting our markets globally.

Your copy and content will inform and engage target audiences about the power of Veoci as a leader in the Emergency Management and Business Continuity SaaS space.

This role requires a creative copywriter to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for our Sales team to use in email prospecting and nurture campaigns. On direct sales team, we will need phone call scripts, and presentations.

The B2B Copywriter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, including various organizational departments. Sales and Marketing teams will use the content they produce in email prospecting, email campaigns, marketing materials, collateral, website content, and web presentations.

The role focuses on making compelling and engaging B2B content for email marketing campaigns, brochures, articles, adverts, and more to support sales directly.

Responsibilities:

·       Get the Veoci message heard across prospects in the US and worldwide.

·       Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.

·       Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales cadences.

·       Ensure brand consistency in all content.

·       Content Library Updates: Actively research, learn, and refresh our content library to reflect the latest Veoci developments, industry trends, and competitor insights on a global scale.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams based in the US and India, ensuring that content is aligned with their strategies and meets the needs of our targeted vertical markets.
• Knowledge Base Refinement: Use your expertise to improve existing knowledge bases, guaranteeing clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all Veoci knowledge resources.
•  Knowledge Management: Gain a solid grasp of knowledge management principles and best practices.

·       Source images and other content from the Veoci Databases.

·       Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy on technology topics in a B2B context.

·       Proficiency in writing customer-facing emails in the US Business style.

·       Innovative and intuitive, leveraging new trends like Generative AI for content creation.

·       Strong understanding of marketing principles and audience segmentation

Educational background:

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while also requiring some in-office presence. We have found that new team members get up to speed faster when they can collaborate with the other teams in person, especially during the initial onboarding period. Once you are comfortable and fully integrated, we will establish a flexible schedule that balances your in-office time with the option to work from home.
