Your Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive ad copies, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing assets aligned with each brand's tone and objectives.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and account managers to translate campaign goals into compelling communication.
• Conduct quick yet effective research to understand audience psychology, product positioning, and competitor landscape.
• Adapt messaging for different digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining consistency and clarity.
• Optimize copy based on campaign insights and data shared by the media and strategy teams.
• Maintain adherence to deadlines and deliver multiple variations for A/B testing.
• Support creative brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and narrative hooks.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong command over written English and brand storytelling.
• An understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce communication, and audience behavior.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative by nature.

• Job Timings: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Working days: Monday - Friday
