We are looking for a dependable and proactive Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to streamline our financial systems and generate actionable financial intelligence to support decision-making. We are looking for a CA Inter cleared candidate who can move into a leadership role (CFO/Finance Manager) in 2-4 years of time. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions using Zoho Books Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions Maintain updated accounts payable and receivable records Manage monthly payroll , reimbursements, and staff payments Follow up on pending invoices and client dues Maintain well-organized digital financial records Reporting & Business Intelligence Prepare monthly P&L, Cash Flow, and Expense Reports Generate financial dashboards and intelligence to support business growth Statutory Compliance & Tax Filings Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) File TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and TCS returns as per Income Tax laws Maintain tax deduction records and issue TDS certificates Liaise with external CA firm and tax authorities as required Must-Have Skills & Experience 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting/bookkeeping Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books Proficiency in GST, TDS , and other Indian tax regulations Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently Ability to generate basic financial analysis and reports to support management Preferred Qualification CA Inter cleared (preferred), or B.Com / M.Com with strong practical experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): How familiar are you with GST and TDS filings?
