Responsibilities

• Telecalling learners, partners, and stakeholders
• Assist Admin Head with LMS (Learning Management System) tasks
• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in administration/telecalling
• Strong communication skills (spoken + written)
• Good with MS Excel/Google Sheets, detail-oriented
• Organized, high attention to detail, disciplined, and proactive
