Lawctopus is a 15-year-old online media and ed-tech company focused on the legal industry. Every month, 4 lakh law students and young lawyers read Lawctopus.com for their career growth. Every year, nearly 2,500 learners take our practical courses.


We have been featured in India Today, Economic Times, and TEDx, and have won the BW Legal 40 under 40 and 30 under 30 awards. Lawctopus Law School was also shortlisted for the prestigious Agami Prize and has recently been selected for the 10-month-long Stanford Seed Program, which supports the growth of organizations from South Asia with revenues between USD 300,000 and 15 million.

Responsibilities

  • Guide legal professionals and senior law students in choosing the right law programs
  • Understand learners’ aspirations, career goals, and challenges, and recommend the most suitable course.
  • Build trust-based relationships over phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom calls.
  • Systematically follow up with interested leads (via calls, WhatsApp, and email) to support them in their decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline, and admissions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets while ensuring a positive student experience.

  • Requirements


    • 3–10 years of proven experience in

      counselling, admissions, or education sales

      .
    • A background in law is preferable
    • Strong consultative communication skills: ability to listen, empathize, and guide.
    • Excellent relationship-building and persuasion skills (English + Hindi preferred).
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Salary:


    ₹40,000–90,000 (plus incentives)

    This position requires pitching premium courses. A very healthy sales commission ranging between ₹30,000 to 1,30,000 can be earned by top salespeople.
