About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can think emotionally and strategically. Someone who can write short Meta ad scripts (15–45 seconds) that connect with the heart — and also analyze ad performance to refine what works best. This role is perfect for a married woman who has lived the emotions we talk about — sleepless nights, family stress, love, faith, and self-discovery — and can translate that lived experience into words that move millions. Key Responsibilities Write short-form video scripts for Meta ads (Reels, Stories, Feed) Conceptualize, test, and refine multiple ad hooks and emotional angles weekly Review ad performance (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Conversion) and identify winning patterns Work with video editors, designers, and voice-over artists to execute ad ideas Maintain a creative performance tracker and suggest new experimental directions Research audience pain points and emotional triggers through comments, DMs, and feedback Collaborate with the performance team to align storytelling with campaign goals Ideal Candidate Married woman (preferably with kids) who understands real emotion, relationships, and human behavior 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing Strong command of Hindi + Hinglish writing Familiar with Meta Ads and ad metrics (CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, etc.) Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new angles, formats, and tones Emotionally intuitive — able to write from life, not theory Why Join InnerBhakti?
