The Role We're hiring a Content Writer with a marketing mindset who can craft compelling copy that drives action—not just pretty words that sit on a page. Your primary mission? Write scripts for marketing reels , ad copy that converts, captions that engage, and stories that sell our mission. You'll work across multiple platforms (Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and collaborate with our marketing and media teams to create content that grows our brand. Marketing Reel Scripts (PRIMARY FOCUS) Write engaging, conversion-focused scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Craft scripts for founder videos, co-founder content, and team member posts Understand storytelling beats: hooks, value delivery, calls-to-action Adapt tone and style for different personalities (founder, technical experts, growth coaches) Write both Malayalam-English mix scripts and pure English scripts 2. Ad Copywriting Create high-converting ad copy for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn campaigns Write multiple variations for A/B testing Craft headlines, body copy, and CTAs that drive clicks and conversions Understand direct response copywriting principles Work with the marketing team to optimize based on performance data 3. Social Media Captions & Content Write daily captions for Devxtra Academy, Storiez, Community pages Create engaging captions for personal brand accounts (Founder, Co-founder, Team leads) Craft Instagram Story copy, poll questions, engagement prompts Write LinkedIn posts that position us as thought leaders Adapt voice and tone for different platforms and audiences 4. Student Success Stories & Testimonials Interview students (or work from recordings) to craft compelling transformation stories Write case studies that showcase real results Turn raw testimonials into emotionally resonant narratives Create "before and after" story formats that inspire prospects 5.
