Marketing Copywriter - Full-Time, Remote

Marketing | Fully Remote | Permanent


About the role

What you’ll do


  • Plan, research, and write long-form articles, landing pages, email sequences, ad/social copy, aligned to briefs and KPIs.


  • Interview SMEs/customers; turn insights into compelling narratives with quotes, data, and screenshots.


  • Optimize on-page SEO (H1–H3, meta, internal links) and partner with SEO on briefs, updates, and testing.


  • Craft/test value props for paid and organic campaigns; iterate based on GA4/Search Console/CRM data.


  • Maintain voice & tone guidelines and ensure consistency across channels.


  • Collaborate with design on visuals/CTAs/layouts; QA before publishing.


  • Track performance and propose next steps in monthly reviews.


What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years’ marketing writing experience (B2B/SaaS a plus) with a portfolio of published work.


  • Ability to explain technical topics simply and persuasively.


  • Working knowledge of SEO and content analytics.


  • Excellent research, structure, and self-editing; strong attention to detail and deadlines.


  • Comfort with Google Docs, a CMS (WordPress/Webflow), and tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4.


Nice to have

  • Thought leadership and case study experience.


  • Interviewing customers/SMEs and building narrative arcs from raw notes.


  • Basic email/CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Marketo) and ad platforms.

  • Remote-first, async-friendly; clear briefs and fast feedback.


  • Content calendar in Notion/Jira; collaborative reviews with PMM/SEO/Design.


  • Expect some overlap with core hours for standups/reviews.
