Qualification: MBA / Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Public Relations from a reputed institute


Job Summary:


The Marketing Communication Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and corporate reputation. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in integrated marketing communication, media relations, and creative content development for both online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and media platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define brand tone, voice, and visual identity.

   

Marketing Communication & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
  • Conceptualize and implement promotional and seasonal campaigns for product launches and brand events.
  • Oversee creative development—advertisements, brochures, in-store materials, and digital content.
  • Work closely with agencies, designers, and production vendors to deliver timely, high-quality creatives.


Media, PR & Corporate Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Draft press releases, articles, speeches, newsletters, and internal communication content.
  • Coordinate corporate announcements, interviews, and media interactions.
  • Identify PR opportunities to enhance positive coverage and brand reputation.


Digital & Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure brand-consistent messaging across digital platforms.
  • Supervise the creation of website, social media, and email content that enhances audience engagement.
  • Track and analyze communication metrics and campaign effectiveness.


Team & Vendor Management

  • Build, lead and mentor internal design and marketing communication teams.
  • Manage agencies for creative, PR, printing, and event execution.
  • Ensure marketing budgets are efficiently utilized with measurable ROI.


Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong foundation in marketing communication strategy, media planning, and content creation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe).
  • Proven experience in managing agencies, press, and event coordination.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking skills.
