• Champion

  new product introduction (NPI)

  by coordinating with design, production, and quality teams.
• Conduct

  time & motion studies, ergonomic assessments, and cycle time validation

• Manage

  RFQs, vendor technical evaluations, and capital equipment procurement projects

  .
• Develop

  robust SOPs, FMEA, and process documentation

  to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Provide

  technical leadership in troubleshooting, process validation, and operator training

  .
• Partner with leadership to define and execute

  long-term manufacturing strategies

  .

• Diploma / B.Tech

  in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of experience

  in manufacturing engineering within automotive/EV/commercial vehicle domains.
• Proven track record in

  greenfield line setup, automation, and large-scale process deployment

  .
• Proficient in

  CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo)

  and familiar with ERP/MES systems.
• Strong expertise in

  lean tools, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies

  .
• Skilled in

  vendor management, cost optimization, and capital project execution

  .
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
