Eligibility Criteria
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who has cleared the CA Final examination in or before May/November 2024 only.
- Completed 3 years of articleship training in audit, taxation, finance, or accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).

This is a corporate finance and accounts role designed for
freshly qualified Chartered Accountants
looking to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in finance, accounts, compliance, and strategic business support within an innovative, fast-growing organization. MBA Finance is not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and statutory books.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external consultants as required.
- Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and receivables/payables.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, fund planning, and working capital management.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic decisions and cost optimization.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
- Drive process improvement and digitization initiatives in finance and accounts.
Experience Required
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (May/November 2024 or earlier).
- Completed 3 years of articleship with exposure to accounting, taxation, audit, or finance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Indian tax laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and other accounting software.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
