We simplify access with end-to-end solutions, no minimum mass limits, zero integration fees, and fast deployment (?6 months), serving biopharma, semiconductors, materials science, defense, and more.

Role:

Support daily finance operations and keep books accurate and audit-ready. Work with the Senior Finance Manager and COO on bookkeeping, tax filings, documentation, and ERP hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Post day-to-day journal entries; maintain accurate ledgers.
• Manage AP/AR; handle employee reimbursements with documentation.
• Perform bank/loan/credit-card reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare/file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B); maintain 2B vs Books reconciliations.
• Prepare TDS workings; file monthly TDS returns; track challans/certificates.
• Maintain documentation for tax audit/statutory audit; assist income-tax data prep.

ERP & Systems

• Record transactions in

  Tally/Zoho/Odoo

  with correct coding.
• Maintain organized digital folders; generate ledgers, aging, and reconciliation reports.

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain vendor/customer master data, contracts, POs, delivery notes.
• Support inventory/asset tracking.
• Assist month-end close (prepaids, accruals, depreciation, revenue schedules).

Minimum Qualifications:

• 23 years

  accounting experience;

  Inter-CA preferred

  .
• Knowledge of

  GST/TDS

  filings and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with

  Tally/Zoho/Odoo

  .
• Detail-oriented, organized; comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
