Core Responsibilities:

Strategy and planning:

1. Develop a prospect base of Indian Universities by designing frameworks and strategies that aligns with the business goals of GradRight
2. Analyze market trends and threats by competitors in order to develop the right product and business plans for the particular region
3. Work cross functionally with different teams to execute engagement events across the region
4. Work on different mechanisms to maximize student engagement and stakeholder satisfaction across accounts
5. Explore different opportunities for collaboration and expansion of business within the domestic accounts

Execution:

1. Build a pipeline of Universities and Colleges for partnerships and extract business through them
2. Identify the right stakeholders inside the ecosystem - University officials, Student body representatives, promoters etc. and expand business opportunities through them
3. Active promote GradRight and its services through different engagement channels within the University to drive business and brand awareness
4. Oversee a growing team to ensure revenues and maintenance of relationships with such institutions

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in University partnerships in higher-education/ed-tech sector
2. Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred
