Summary:


Manager – Strategic Partnerships


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators for events, IPs, and brand activations.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals and presentations aligned with client and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, marketing, client servicing) to ensure seamless integration of partner deliverables.
  • Drive value creation for both the company and partners through strategic packaging and innovation in partnership offerings.
  • Maintain and grow a strong network of industry contacts, including brands, agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and partnership benchmarks to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and ensure compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and relationship health post-event to encourage repeat business and referrals.
