About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Corporate Partnerships to join our fast-growing event management team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic alliances that fuel business growth, elevate event experiences, and create long-term value. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder with a deep understanding of event dynamics and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and secure corporate partners, sponsors, and collaborators for events, IPs, and brand activations.

Develop tailored partnership proposals and presentations that align with client and brand objectives.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, creative, marketing, client servicing) to integrate partner deliverables seamlessly.

Drive innovation in partnership models, ensuring maximum value creation for both the company and partners.

Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts including brands, agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities.

Lead negotiations, close partnership contracts, and ensure standards.

Monitor partner satisfaction post-event and foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or brand alliances (preferably in the events/media/entertainment/Hospitality sector).

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop creative, value-driven partnership strategies.

Excellent networking skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across industries.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
