Job Description

Oliveboard is seeking a Partnership Manager with strong B2B sales and relationship management

skills to drive collaborations with coaching centers and institutions. The role requires experience in

building strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and delivering measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Management

o Identify and onboard coaching centers and colleges for mutually beneficial

partnerships.

o Develop structured partnership models (revenue-sharing, cross-selling, institutional

tie-ups).

o Negotiate terms, manage partner expectations, and ensure smooth execution.


2. Revenue Growth

o Unlock cross-selling opportunities through existing partner networks.

o Enable value-added services (test series, notes, online access, subject add-ons) within

partner ecosystems.


3. Relationship Building

o Maintain long-term relationships with coaching owners, institutional heads, and

teachers.

o Act as the single point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and collaborations.


4. Execution & Monitoring

o Work with internal teams to operationalize partnerships (content delivery, student

onboarding, revenue tracking).

o Track performance metrics (registrations, conversions, revenue from partners).


5. Market Intelligence

o Stay updated on trends in competitive exams and higher education.

o Provide insights on partner needs, local ecosystems, and emerging opportunities.


Skill Set Requirements

• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close B2B/institutional partnerships.

• Skilled at nurturing long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to evaluate performance of distribution channels, forecast revenue, and identify

growth levers.

• Structured in managing contracts, agreements, and performance reviews.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi & other regional language is a

plus).

• Comfort with working in dynamic environments where partner needs evolve quickly.


Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, business development, or institutional

relations.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder accounts or distribution channels.

• Experience in handling targets and revenue-linked outcomes.

• Familiarity with Marketing & CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage,

LeadSquared, etc. is a Plus.

• Experience with Ed-tech companies is Plus.
