Unifiers Social Ventures, founded in 2011, is an organization dedicated to providing education, skill development, and training across various industries, including agriculture, automotive, beauty and wellness, management, e-security, electronics, healthcare, and more. We have educated over 2 million learners of all ages, promoting youth entrepreneurship, women-led businesses, and rural livelihoods. Our numerous partners include departments of the Central and State Governments, the NSDC, IIT-Delhi, HVTI, FDI, UNDP, Honda, Pepsico, and several sector skill councils.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Strategic Partnerships located in Delhi. The Manager Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for managing business relationships, developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, conducting account management, and leveraging analytical skills to achieve organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with key partners and stakeholders, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
• Experience in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven track record of managing projects and working with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
