Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Strategic Partnerships to spearhead revenue growth for Verix.io’s core offerings including blockchain-verified certificates, digital recognition badges, credentialing solutions, and AI courses.


This role is ideal for a proven B2B enterprise sales professional who thrives on hunting for new opportunities, engaging with enterprise and government stakeholders, and closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities across corporates, government bodies, and industry associations.
  • Own and drive the entire sales cycle - from outreach, pitching, and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Build a structured outbound motion leveraging cold outreach, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other automation tools.
  • Consult with HR, L&D, Marketing, CSR, and Policy leaders to deeply understand needs and position Verix’s solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term CXO-level relationships, driving upsell and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends to sharpen GTM strategy and sustain competitive advantage.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or GovTech preferred).
  • Strong track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals with CXO, HR, L&D, CSR, or government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in outbound sales and consultative solution selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot/Zoho, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies (blockchain, AI, SaaS) for diverse business audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven mindset, with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
