About Ascend HSI:

Ascend HSI is a US-based global advisory and consulting firm focused on delivering high-impact solutions in Immigration services, legal-tech, business advisory. We partner with clients and organizations to create transformative outcomes, leveraging innovation, technology, and deep domain expertise.


We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in India. This role is fully remote but will primarily support Ascend HSI’s operations in the US. Candidates who are able to align their working hours with US time zones will be given preference.

We are currently seeking a Manager Strategic Partnerships to join our organization.


JOB TITLE:  Manager Strategic Partnerships


Training period : 2 month

Location: Fully Remote work

Probationary period : 6 Months

Terms of employment: Full time Employment

Salary: Rs 95,000/- per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Ascend HSI’s growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with US and global partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Support negotiations, assist in structuring agreements, and coordinate execution of partnership contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (advisory, operations, technology, and marketing) to ensure partnership success and alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Support participation in industry events, networking opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Contribute to co-branded initiatives and strategic projects that expand Ascend HSI’s global reach and influence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to support negotiations and contribute to partnership growth.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking partnership performance.
  • Prior experience in advisory, legal-tech, consulting, or professional services industries is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work US business hours (or overlap significantly with US time zones) is highly desirable.
