We are currently seeking 1 Full time Client Success Executive to join our organization. Overview : JOB TITLE: Client Success Executive Training period : 2 months Probationary period : 6 Months Location: Fully Remote work Laptop : Use your personal Laptop Salary: 3.5 to 4.4 LPA Working days: Monday to Friday Work Timings: IST 4 pm to 12 am Qualifications : The candidate must have a Common qualifications & skills and must be Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field. Freshers or experienced (up to 2 years) in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role. Ability to develop strategic plans for account growth and client satisfaction. Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. They should be familiar with the rules of professional responsibility and maintain client confidentiality. Proficient in processing software (such as MS Word, MS Excel) and Google workspaces (Drives, Docs, Sheets and slides). Freshers or experienced with strong communication and interpersonal skills are considered. Problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and analyze client data to suggest improvements. Job roles and Responsibilities : Building and Maintaining the Relationship as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Guide new clients through the onboarding process and conduct demonstrations to build the profile. Identify the client's challenges and provide trust to ensure client satisfaction. Propose the services to drive growth for both the client and the company. Handle the clients issues and address their concerns and provide timely resolutions efficiently. Work closely with internal teams and support to align strategies with client needs. Prepare and present reports on client success outcomes. Ensure clients are using the advice Offered to enhance their profile. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Share relevant insights with clients to provide added value. Should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving abilities, Organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
