Partnerships & Vendor Management

  • Research associations, alliances, and vendors that align with MYCPE ONE’s strategic initiatives.
  • Reach out to potential partners/vendors and follow up consistently.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings related to partnerships and vendor discussions.
  • Attend meetings, capture key discussion points, and circulate insights internally.
  • Maintain updated information for partnership/vendor activities, statuses, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate agreements, service delivery, quality expectations, and timelines.
  • Manage and store all documents including contracts, communication logs, and invoices.


Conferences

  • Identify conferences relevant to the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Conduct research on each event, including attendee profiles, audience size, and overall relevance.
  • Prepare and maintain a dedicated document for every finalized conference.
  • Update exhibitor portals and coordinate with the marketing team for required submissions.
  • Communicate regularly with conference organizers regarding updates, requirements, and in-booth activities.
  • Manage all logistics (shipments, deliveries, booth setup, materials preparation).
  • Track and organize all marketing collaterals needed for conferences.
  • Coordinate with participating team members to collect feedback post-conference and document key learnings.
  • Ensure that the payments for the conferences are completed in a timely manner to ensure proper participation.


Podcasts

  • Review and evaluate potential podcast guests according to the theme of the podcast.
  • Send invitations and maintain follow-up communication.
  • Prepare discussion topics, questions, and agendas based on the guest’s profile.
  • Share key details with the host/speaker and the guest to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination for recordings and live sessions.
  • Maintain data in respect to the scheduling data.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and video editing teams to ensure timely and proper publication of podcast episodes


Insights

  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to firms, inviting them to share announcements, achievements, articles, or thought-leadership content for MYCPE ONE Insights.
  • Maintain a well-organized tracker to record outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups.


Travel Management

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and rentals for both India and onshore team members.
  • Review and finalize itineraries ensuring alignment with conference dates and agendas.
  • Share travel details, agendas, and coordination notes with the onshore team.


Expense Management

  • Track all conference-related expenses including travel, lodging, booth activities, and other costs.
  • Review expense submissions from the onshore team for policy compliance.
  • Forward verified and approved expenses for management review and approval.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payment processing.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in partnerships, events, vendor management, or operations roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM/project management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, accounts, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
  • Comfortable handling logistics and back-end operations with precision.
