As a Client Relationship Manager at OnGrid, you will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact. - Identifying key employees within client organizations to enhance communication and understanding. - Addressing client concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner. - Developing tailored plans to address specific business needs of clients. - Providing advice to clients on optimizing processes for profitability. - Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction. - Serving as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalating issues as needed. - Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, engineers, senior management, and operations to meet clients' requirements effectively. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 1-4 years of experience in Client Servicing/Customer Service. - A graduate in any specialization. - Proficiency in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. - Problem-solving mindset coupled with a professional demeanor. - Strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and a track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong command of the English language (both written and spoken). - Ability to perform well under pressure.
