Performance Marketing (1-3 yrs of Agency exp)

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at OnGrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, with a focus on driving conversions and optimizing campaign performance. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. Strategy Development: Assist in defining and implementing performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns for better performance, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and optimal campaign performance. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and achieve company objectives.  Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
