,,Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR data integrity within HRMS platforms like Darwinbox, Keka, or equivalents. Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance: Manage full-cycle payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, TDS, LWF, and professional tax. Stay updated on labor law amendments and ensure organizational adherence. • HRMS Expertise: Implement, optimize, and troubleshoot HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, etc.) for payroll, attendance, performance management, and reporting. Drive automation to improve operational efficiency. • Performance Management System (PMS): Lead the execution of the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibration, and final appraisals. Collaborate with business leaders to embed a performance-driven culture. • Policy & Process Formulation: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. • Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Business Heads, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations and resolve escalations timely. • Employee Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other perks. Liaise with benefits vendors to ensure optimal service delivery. • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present detailed HR operations, payroll, compliance, and performance management reports for leadership review and decision-making. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR Operations team to enhance skills, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.
