We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage human resource operations, labor relations, and invitation letter processes for overseas and local employees. The position requires strong knowledge of HR procedures, employee documentation, and coordination with external agencies (currently handled via Hindi Co.).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Handle invitation letter issuance and coordination with the external vendor (Hindi Co.) and relevant authorities.
  • Support visa documentation, employment contracts, and expatriate employee management.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation, grievance handling, and compliance-related activities.
  • Collaborate with management for manpower planning and HR process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth HR operations.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance
  • Experience in invitation letter management / visa processing
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
