Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding (air, ocean, and road).
Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets as set by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver customized logistics solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Negotiate freight rates and terms with clients to maintain profitability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes (air, ocean, and road).
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long-term client relationships and close sales deals.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
