We are looking for a Senior Executive Finance to manage international debtors and creditors, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling international transactions, outward documentation, and foreign exchange revaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities: 1. International Debtors & Creditors Handle assigned international agents, reconciliation, SOA preparation, and payment follow-up. Send Agent SOA before the 12th of every month. Reconcile International Creditors with Agent SOA and ensure payment before the end of the following month. Prepare outward remittance documents and coordinate with banks for inward/outward transactions. Record receipts and payments within 3 days of transaction and upload SWIFT details weekly. Match Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) within 3 days of receipt/payment. Review SOA below $100 quarterly to avoid overdue balances (over 90 days). 2. Card Rate Updation & Circulation Update card rates in CW1 and circulate across PAN India. Compare and analyze daily card rates from various banks. Update month-end card rate for revaluation purposes. 3. Outward Documentation Prepare and verify outward documents accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Reporting Download and submit international debtors/creditors reports to respective teams. Extract and share bad debts net flow details from CW1 for analysis and reporting. 5. CAF Report Validate Probe 42 reports upon receipt of credibility reports. 6. Monthly Entries & Revaluation Create monthly bad debt provisions. Prepare and submit PAN India bad debts net flow working to the National Head – Finance. Prepare revaluation reports for international debtors and creditors. Post exchange gain/loss entries in CW1 after review of revaluation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA Inter / MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in international accounts, reconciliations, and bank dealings. Strong understanding of AR/AP processes, foreign currency transactions, and revaluation. Hands-on experience with CW1 or similar ERP/finance software. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
