Manager - Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing Distribution & Sales plans for Premium Non-Alcoholic beverages under Brand Extensions business. This includes products like Non-Alcoholic Wines, Mixers, Soda, Tonic Water, and Ginger ale initially, in the assigned geography. You will also lead strategic partnerships on lifestyle brand extensions such as Perfumes and Premium apparel. Your main goal will be to prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to achieve budgeted revenue, profit, and Brand equity targets across different distribution channels. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting sales targets & objectives. - Market share growth in the category by strengthening & expanding the distribution network and Retail Footprint. - Identifying & developing new markets. - Implementing Sales & Marketing strategies, Retail strategy, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales. - Building relationships & ensuring Customer Satisfaction with key accounts, CSA, Retailers, and Stockists. - Optimizing costs in retail operations. - Developing a market intelligence/information system. - Training, developing & monitoring sales & distribution personnel. - Managing local GT & MOT expansions along with distributors. - Handling Schemes, Incentives, and Consumer Promotions. - Coordinating with Regional & Channel Marketing teams to ensure the effectiveness of consumer promotions. - Monitoring monthly volume and industry performance to gain insights about consumers & categories. - Tracking distributor outstanding and collections to stay within the norms. Qualification Required: - MBA from a Tier 1-2 MBA institute.
