Job Description

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis of domestic and international markets to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Identifying new customers globally for Leather Watch straps, analysing their products, designs & materials, and presentations accordingly to the target customers

• Perform competitor analysis, including SWOT assessments, to identify opportunities and threats within the market landscape.

• Monitor competitors across B2B and B2C segments to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

• Building Brand Awareness and positioning Managing and co-ordinating all marketing, advertising- audio-video visuals, web site content, Newsletter, Brand management and promotional activities

• New Product Development (NPD) & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies:

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless market entry.

• Preparing, ensuring, and establishing customer presentations of company, materials, products, and sustainability initiatives

Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration:

• Targeted email campaigns and mailers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead prospecting and streamline the sales funnel.

• Develop marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate brand value.

Content Creation & Branding:

• Create compelling PR content, ad copies, and marketing collateral to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

• Publish internal magazines and lead internal branding initiatives to foster employee engagement and loyalty.

Digital Platform Management:

• Manage website platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and content updates.

• Implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimizations, keyword research, and backlink generation, to improve website visibility and traffic.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with the audience.

• Design captivating social media creatives and product presentations to drive engagement and conversions.

Advanced Tools & Analytics:

• Leverage advanced tools for content generation, creative design, and data analysis.

• Utilize analytics platforms for comprehensive SEO analysis, web performance tracking, and campaign optimization.

• Generate insightful reports using data visualization tools to inform marketing strategies.

Functional Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on market research, digital marketing, and brand management.

• Proficiency in using advanced digital tools for content creation, SEO, and data analysis.

• Strong understanding of website management, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
