Role Summary

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  strategic marketing plans

  for brand and project-specific campaigns.
• Plan and oversee

  advertising, promotions, and communication activities

  across all channels.
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor insights.
• Manage

  end-to-end project launches

  with comprehensive

  360 media planning

  (digital, print, OOH, events, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign conceptualization and execution.
  
• Drive

  content creation

  , storytelling, and communication strategies across media platforms.
• Handle

  budgeting, expense tracking, and weekly MIS

  for marketing initiatives.
• Ensure measurable

  business impact and lead generation

  from campaigns.
• Manage

  PR, events, and brand collaborations

  to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate closely with

  Sales, Design, CRM, and Accounts teams

  for seamless execution.
• Oversee

  billing, vendor management, and ERP processing

  related to marketing operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

• Experience:

  7 - 12 years of experience in

  marketing within the real estate sector

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ATL, BTL, and digital marketing

  strategies.
• Proven experience in

  brand management, vendor negotiations, and event execution

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
