Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI/UHNI) clients by providing comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Build strong relationships with luxury clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client needs, goals, and risk appetite to create personalized investment strategies.
• Recommend and cross-sell a wide range of financial products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, bonds, insurance, and estate planning solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in wealth management, preferably with a leading private banking or financial services firm.
• Proven experience in handling luxury accounts and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and portfolio management strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly ethical, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-value portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM (Mutual Funds, Investment Advisor) are a strong advantage.
• MBA in Finance or related field (optional but preferred).
