Role Summary

Channel Sales Professional (Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing
Channel Partners
to ensure continuous business flow.
Identify, onboard, and engage with
new Channel Partners
to expand the partner network.
Implement and execute
channel marketing strategies
as directed by the marketing team.
Regularly share
project updates, pricing, offers, and inventory details
with partners.
Conduct
training sessions
for Channel Partner teams on product knowledge and selling points.
Drive
sales from channel partners, referrals, and BTL activities
.
Generate and track inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and prospective clients in CRM.
Represent VTP Realty at
events, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and property shows
.
Drive partner performance by motivating and supporting them to achieve their sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
Experience:
3 - 8 years of proven experience in
Channel Partner Management / Real Estate Sales
.
Strong
sales acumen
and negotiation skills.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently with a
target-driven and result-oriented approach
.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
