Role Summary

Channel Sales Professional (Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing

    Channel Partners

    to ensure continuous business flow.
  • Identify, onboard, and engage with

    new Channel Partners

    to expand the partner network.
  • Implement and execute

    channel marketing strategies

    as directed by the marketing team.
  • Regularly share

    project updates, pricing, offers, and inventory details

    with partners.
  • Conduct

    training sessions

    for Channel Partner teams on product knowledge and selling points.
  • Drive

    sales from channel partners, referrals, and BTL activities

    .
  • Generate and track inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and prospective clients in CRM.
  • Represent VTP Realty at

    events, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and property shows

    .
  • Drive partner performance by motivating and supporting them to achieve their sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • Experience:

    3 - 8 years of proven experience in

    Channel Partner Management / Real Estate Sales

    .
  • Strong

    sales acumen

    and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently with a

    target-driven and result-oriented approach

    .
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
