Role Summary

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Process
vendor bills
accurately and efficiently in
SAP
.
Coordinate with
internal and external auditors
during audits and reviews.
Liaise with
bankers
for various banking transactions and related documentation.
Perform
Bank Reconciliation
and
Vendor Reconciliation
regularly.
Handle
TDS payments
(monthly) and
quarterly return filings
independently.
Perform
GST 2A/2B reconciliation
and ensure timely reporting of discrepancies.
Manage
intercompany reconciliations
and adjustments.
Ensure
accurate record keeping
and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support management with periodic financial data and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of
SAP
(mandatory).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
MS Word
.
Good understanding of
accounting principles
,
TDS
, and
GST regulations
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
