Role Summary

Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (Paints)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for paint products.
Identify new business opportunities across retail and institutional channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with
dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders
.
Ensure effective
product promotion, demonstrations, and marketing activities
at the ground level.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide market feedback to management to support product and strategy improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting timelines.

Candidate Requirements

Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
3–8 years in
Paint Sales / Building Materials / Construction Industry
.
Must have worked with
reputed brands in the paint industry
(e.g., Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, etc.).
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the
Pune and surrounding markets
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools
.
Immediate joiners preferred.
