Job Title: Executive Accounts & Finance Department: Finance & Accounts Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Education: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred) Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP , vendor management, reconciliations, and statutory compliance including TDS and GST . The role requires strong coordination skills with internal teams, external auditors, and banking partners. Key Responsibilities Process vendor bills accurately and efficiently in SAP . Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews. Liaise with bankers for various banking transactions and related documentation. Perform Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation regularly. Handle TDS payments (monthly) and quarterly return filings independently. Perform GST 2A/2B reconciliation and ensure timely reporting of discrepancies. Manage intercompany reconciliations and adjustments. Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Support management with periodic financial data and reports. Required Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of SAP (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word . Good understanding of accounting principles , TDS , and GST regulations . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
