Role Summary

Legal Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of

  legal documents

  including:
• Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, MOUs, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, etc.
  
• Conduct comprehensive

  title due diligence

  and prepare

  title search reports

  for land/property acquisitions.
• Manage

  RERA compliance

  , including project registration, updates, and documentation.
• Handle legal aspects related to

  land acquisition, project approvals, and clearances

  .
• Represent the company in

  civil, criminal, consumer, and arbitration proceedings

  as required.
• Coordinate and liaise with

  external law firms, legal consultants, and government authorities

  .
• Maintain and update

  Legal MIS

  , track litigation, and ensure timely resolution of legal cases.
• Ensure compliance with

  local, state, and central laws

  applicable to real estate projects.
• Provide

  legal opinions, risk assessments, and advisory support

  to internal departments such as Sales, CRM, Projects, and Operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• LLB or LLM

  from a recognized university.

• 3 - 8 years of experience

  in

  real estate law

  , preferably with a

  developer or law firm

  specializing in real estate clients.
• In-depth knowledge of:
  

• Property Laws, RERA, MOFA, Stamp Duty, Registration

  , and

  Land Laws

  in Maharashtra.
• Excellent

  drafting, communication, and negotiation skills

  in English and Marathi.
• Ability to conduct legal due diligence and documentation

  independently

  .
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
