Role Summary

Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager Planning

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor
project schedules, budgets, and timelines
using project management tools.
Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and update
weekly/monthly progress reports
and dashboards.
Identify potential delays and propose corrective measures proactively.
Support
resource planning, material forecasting
, and project tracking activities.
Ensure planning activities are aligned with
project milestones and contractual obligations
.
Participate in review meetings with project teams and senior management.
Handle project documentation and maintain version control for drawings and schedules.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (preferred).
Experience:
6 - 15 years in
Planning
within the
Real Estate / Residential Projects
sector.
Proficient in
MS Project / Primavera
and Excel-based tracking tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
