Role Summary

Sales Managers (Closing)

Key Responsibilities

Follow up diligently on assigned leads to ensure
timely conversion into sales
.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and personalized consultations with clients.
Negotiate and finalize deals
, effectively addressing client objections and concerns.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
as set by the management.
Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and sales activities in
Salesforce CRM
.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offers
.
Develop and implement
sales strategies and promotional campaigns
for assigned projects.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize the sales funnel and enhance customer experience.
Represent the brand at
customer engagement events, exhibitions, and site activities
.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
MBA/PGDM preferred
.
Experience:
5 - 10 years of experience in
real estate or high-value B2C sales
.
Proven success in
sales closure, negotiation, and revenue achievement
.
Strong understanding of
sales metrics and data-driven decision-making
.
Excellent
communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
manage and mentor junior sales executives
.
Proficiency in
CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
and MS Office Suite.
