Senior Accounts Executive

1) Should be very expert in Tally software and Busy Accounting software

2) Receive all Purchase Bills/Invoices after Signatures of Receiver

3) Update all Purchase Invoices /Bills received in Accounts program

4) Create Sales Invoices /Bills for Domestic & Exports Sales

5) Create GST Invoices for Exports Transactions

6) Create E Way Bills for all Exports /Domestic transactions

7) Filing all Purchase Invoices/Sales Invoices and other docs properly

8) Maintain all Accounts of the Company (Neelkamal International/Neelkamal Motors)

9) Maintain Complete Inventory at all times.

10) Update all Banks

11) Photo copy & Bundle all docs consisting BOS /Packing Details /certificate of origin/SOB/Fumigation and handover to bank and get the payment credited

12) Get Bank Clearance certificate for each Exports payment after received

13) Follow up with all drawbacks

14) Follow up with all GST Refunds

15) All GST / TDS / Returns Monthly

16) All TDS and any other returns to be done before time as required.

17) Cross check all accounts with Creditors and Debtors.

18) Maintatin Salary record as per accounts / and create cheques accordingly & monthly.

19) Create Half Yearly Balance sheet.

20) Co ordinate with other departments for reports

21) Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Phagwara, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
