MG Road, Bangalore (Work from Office)- 6 Days Working Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist the IT Manager in planning and leading all computer-related activities within the organization Supervise and maintain the companys computing infrastructure (hardware, software, network, and security systems) Ensure network security, data backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols are robust and regularly updated Analyse system performance, identify vulnerabilities, and implement timely solutions Manage voice, video, and data communications systems Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance Oversee configuration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and networking equipment Support domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules Implement IT audit findings and adhere to SOPs Technical Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or MCA Hands-on experience in network setup, system administration, and infrastructure troubleshooting Understanding of CAT5/6 cabling, switches, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and Windows server environments Working knowledge of Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, and backup systems Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking is an added advantage

Position Title : Multi Technician / Maintenance Technician Experience : 4 9 Years Location : MG Road, Bangalore (Work from Office)- 6 Days Working Role & responsibilities : Routine inspection of all common areas of the managed property. This includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms applicable. • Hourly monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment and accessories. • Reports any abnormalities to the Building Engineer/Property Manager through a written report • Performs electric and water readings • Assist in monitoring of fit out works and reports any non-compliance/violations of contractors inside the premises • Attends to job request and other emergency job whenever necessary • Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as Air-Conditioning System, Generator Set, Elevator and all Mechanical pumps installed in the managed property • Perform other task as may be assigned Preferred candidate profile
