About the Role

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  : Invoice verification, vendor reconciliation,payments processing, and expense tracking.
• Handle

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  : Customer billing, collection follow-up, receipt booking, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain

  Balance Sheet (B/S)

  schedules, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in

  month-end and year-end closing

  , including journal entries and accruals.
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with

  accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

  .
• Support in

  audit preparations

  (statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounting transactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting queries.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  AP, AR, and Balance Sheet finalization

  .
• Good understanding of

  accounting standards and taxation basics (GST, TDS, etc.)

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

  and accounting software/ERP (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  (B. Com / M. Com or equivalent).
• Minimum

  2 years of relevant experience

  in Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Balance Sheet.
• Experience in working with ERP systems preferred.
