Strong knowledge of backup/recovery strategies using RMAN. 5. Experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate. 6. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. 7. This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales. This role involves making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to fulfill client needs and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings, GST Filing & TDS Filing. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Apprehend the closing Journals (like Zoho, Accruals, Prepayment, Provisions, Payroll) and ensuring the appropriateness of the backups provided. Assist in the closure of Reconciling items by Understanding the Root Cause of those and liaise with other Function of Finance for its timely resolution. Assist in driving the Process Improvements and Standardization Activities. Manage export documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information for document preparation. Maintain accurate records of exports using Tally ERP software. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
