We re looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager- Marketing, to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive engagement with life insurance and annuity carriers. This role will be pivotal in shaping Zinnia s brand presence through integrated campaigns, communications, events, PR, and thought leadership.
You will own how we show up online, in the media, at industry events, and across digital channels ensuring Zinnia is seen as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in the insurance and annuities space.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Digital & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies that build awareness, credibility, and engagement across life and annuity carriers.
- Create and manage content such as thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and digital campaigns that elevate Zinnia s brand and expertise.
- Lead Zinnia s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistency, brand voice, and engagement.
- Optimize digital marketing performance through analytics, SEO, and A/B testing.
- Campaign & Project Management
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social, video) aligned with product launches, go-to-market strategies, and business development objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and client success teams to align messaging with customer needs and enterprise strategy.
- Track performance, analyze results, and optimize based on campaign data and business KPIs.
- Communications (Internal & External)
- Lead internal communications to drive alignment, engagement, and culture within the organization.
- Develop executive communications and messaging for leadership across internal channels and external presentations.
- Manage PR initiatives, including agency collaboration, press releases, media relations, and crisis communication as needed.
- Events, Awards & Media Engagement
- Own Zinnia s participation in industry events, client forums, and webinars ensuring end-to-end execution, brand alignment, and measurable ROI.
- Manage submissions and strategy for industry awards to enhance brand recognition and thought leadership.
- Identify relevant media, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities to extend Zinnia s reach across key markets.
WHAT YOU LL NEED:
- 6 10 years of experience in enterprise/B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or insurance/financial services.
- Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity markets or related domains is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives.
